Shipping Policies
Shipping Destinations:
Non-beer products: At this time we are only able to ship within the United States of America. If you are outside the US please reach out to us at info@bainbridgebeer.com before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Beer: At this time we may only ship alcohol within Washington State. A valid 21+ ID must be presented at the time of delivery. Please note that alcohol shipments may be limited or unavailable at our discretion.
Shipping Methods:
Non-beer products: All non-beer products will be mailed via USPS Priority Mail and listed shipping rates are only for items mailed via USPS. If you would like shipping to be handled by a different domestic shipper please leave that information in your order notes at the time of checkout. Any additional shipping charges and service fees will be passed on to the customer before shipping.
Beer: Beer shipped within Washington State can only be shipped via UPS.
Refunds
To be eligible for return and reimbursement on merchandise purchased at Bainbridge Brewing, purchased items must be clean, unused, and unworn. Beverages and perishable food items may not be returned. Items sold on sale or at a reduced price are also not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Refunds:
To request a refund, please email us at info@bainbridgebeer.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may not issue you a credit for up to 4 weeks. Shipping costs are non-refundable. These costs and a 4% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Exchanges:
Bainbridge Brewing will replace purchased merchandise items if they are defective or damaged. We will also be happy to also send you the item in a new size if the original did not fit. Please email info@bainbridgebeer.com to request an exchange. When return shipped, an additional shipping charge will occur for exchanged items in a new size. Exchanges can always be done for free by returning the item to our Brewery & Taproom location (address below).
Shipping Information:
Please ship or deliver your item to: Bainbridge Brewing, 9415 Coppertop Loop NE #104, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110. (206) 451-4646. If delivering in-person, please do so during regular business hours, or by scheduling a return at info@bainbridgebeer.com. Refunds cannot be processed in-person without prior arrangements.
